Hello, healthy people! We’re excited to announce our CALL FOR HEALTH TIPS! Share the tips and tricks that work for you when it comes to healthy habits. Tips like... this one, from one of our account managers: “I do jumping jacks during TV commercials. Some nights, that adds up to 20 minutes of pretty vigorous activity!” or “I sit quietly for 10 minutes every day, by myself, eyes closed, and just breath. I don’t call it meditation – I just call it the only me-time I get!” (from a sales rep) or “Two words: green smoothies!” (from our president).
Why do we want them, you ask? We’re out to create the coolest collection of tried and true tips from people who know what it means to take care of themselves. People who’ve struggled, who’ve triumphed, who’ve worn their GoZones under their wedding dresses... and that’s YOU, HealthMiles members! Send us your tips so we can compile and share them.
