When I pack my lunch for work I make sure I add a piece of fruit for my commute home. this way it cuts my hunger so I dont hit the refrigerator on an empty stomach and over eat before dinner is even ready. Gives me the staaing power so I can fix a healthy dinner

Bank salads in your work fridge. I keep pre-made salads, yogurt and fruit in the office fridge. It helps me avoid the temptation of eating out and potentially making unhealthy choices. Don't forget hard-boiled eggs can add protein to a green salad to increase the nutritional value. Also include light Greek yogurts with protein to support muscle health.

Yes! Each day I prepare at home a healthy lunch and healthy snacks for my day at the office. I have adopted the practices from the book FAST METABOLISM by the nutritionist Haylie Pomroy. It has changed how I now think about food as fuel for my body to function properly. I have more energy and have lost all craving for sugar. So having a healthy lunch each day is vitally important to me! Thank you for this challenge to bring about awareness about how we eat and share it with friends.
