I eat salmon and avocado at least 4 times in the week.

I rub the peel of the avocado (from the inside) and let it stay on for 20 minutes, then wash it off. It keeps my skin supple and glowing

Daily moisturizer! With SPF 30 or higher. A weekly exfoliant followed by moisturizer. And lots of water! If your going to be outside in the sunshine, a quick spritz of SPF 50 will help block those harmful rays. Just remember to reapply throughout a long day.

Use sunblock year round...I started doing this 10 years ago based on my dermatologists recommendation. The UV rays don't go away just because it is cold outside (Fall/Winter/Spring). Keep a bottle of 30+ sunscreen in your car and be sure to apply daily on back of hands and arms especially if you commute to/from work hands/arms/neck & face are get UV exposure anytime you drive.
